Petrel Voyage is a personal travel-itinerary tool that lets you build trips and, optionally, import travel details from documents or a connected email account. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Sign-in is by a one-time email link; keep access to your email secure. Only connect email accounts that you own.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
You retain ownership of the trips and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you in order to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you add.
Petrel Voyage may extract details from documents or emails using automated tools and AI. These extractions can be incomplete or wrong. Always verify important details (flight times, reservations, addresses, confirmation numbers) against the original source. We are not responsible for errors, missed events, or travel decisions made based on the app.
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uptime or that your data will be preserved. Keep your own copies of anything important.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or missed travel arrangements, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
